3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return

Share photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds
✅ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status

✅ If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refund methods:

✅ For prepaid orders: refund to original payment method

✅ For Cash on Delivery (COD): refund via bank transfer or store credit

5. Return Shipping Costs
✅ If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost

✅ For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within the return period.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

✅ Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
